★ Branch review: Katy Westgreen Branch

Allegiance Bank was amazing, this new Stellar Bank is horrid. I'd rather keep my money buried in the backyard than deal with this company, at least then I have access to my money when I need it and don't have to wait the entire weekend to be told why my card was blocked with no notification, phone call or email and the so called 24hr "easy to use" automated banking service is completely useless and nothing more than a frustration as you cannot get help from anyone at all after 6pm it's merely to check you balance or change your pin. Bullshit customer service. "Stellar bank?" Stellar my ass the only thing stellar with this bank is that I'm leaving it immediately
