My 91 year old mother, who has dementia, asked me to cash a check for $100 so she could use the money for Sunday Mass collection. I wrote out the check in my name and endorsed it, with a memo line that said "cash for Mom". I had Mom sign the check. I went to the drive thru to cash the check. I provided my driver's license with the check. The "person" refused to cash it. Now I will have to drag my 91 year old mother to the bank to prove it's her so she can have cash for church. My brother has power of attorney. I told him about what happened. We will be pulling out every penny and going elsewhere with Mom's money. All over a lousy $100. It makes no sense. So stupid on your part.
They are nice and helpful. The bank provides great assistance for me.
Wonderful branch with a fantastic long time staff. A real part of the neighborhood. They are extremely patient with their client; many of which have been banking there for 30 to 40 years.
I filed a complaint on Apple Bank, I filed my complaint stating I think Apple bank sent my approved loan back to the lender as punishment to me because I called them out on being biased and for retaliation for treating me more harshly than they would treat a white customer with the same circumstances.
Apple bank is run like a circus and was fined by the FDIC $12.4 million dollars for bad policies, If I knew the bank I was going to was just fined that large of an amount I never would have done any business with them, They ruined my business. Shame on you and the leadership at Apple Bank.
Nice bank - nice people. The Manager is terrific; makes it his business to know almost every customer by NAME. What a welcome feeling in this bank.

I love this branch of Apple Bank--feel special just walking into the beautiful space. There is always someone there to help when I have a question, and the vault downstairs is incomparable.
Not good. Online banking is a nightmare. Rarely can you get into your account on one rey. It rakes 4 or 5 times, plus you have to receive a phone call to get an access code every time. I rhink my time with Apple is coming to an end.
