Arrived at Bank of America branch office in Alexandria on King St. 10 people lined up for service and ONLY one teller on a day after the Labor Day holiday. Took 30 minutes for me to finish my bank business. I have been using this branch for years and nearly every time I am very disappointed in the service provided. There always seem to be more staff to handle new loans than tellers taking care of existing customers business. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR OPERATIONS.
