Every interaction with Bank of America (BOA) has been extremely positive! They keep me up to date with an excellent BOA app and text messages. I have had nothing but excellent customer service with every interaction either on their app, phone or in person. If you walk into one of their offices, you are always greeted with a smile as though you are their only customer. Their employees are very knowledgeable about their product and provide the upmost in completing all transactions given to them. I have never felt rushed or that what I needed was an annoyance to them. Their security is way above any other banking institution I have ever delt with. I travel for work and my debit card was hacked and they were the ones that notified me before I ever noticed it. They took care of my account breach in such a timely manner and refunded what was needed quickly. I would highly recommend Bank of America to all!
