I went in to inquire about my deceased brother's account. I spoke with Carol Bradley. She seemed bothered and in a rush. Her tone was condecending. This was my first visit to a Bank Of America. She handed me a phone number to call because she was too impatient to wait when she called the number. Very bad experience. Zero customer service.
