BRANCH REVIEWS
Very difficult to speak with a bank representative on the telephone. The voice message repeatedly states that everyone is busy and there are no options to wait for the next free employee or even leave a message. I was calling on behalf of an elderly relative who is not tech savvy, therefore can not simply go to Bank of America.com. Also, we both have left numerous message for one of the reps with no return call. Very poor customer service!
