Sir. My name is Kamal K sehgal I am having account with you for a long time and Iam aPreferrd customer. To day June 21 I visited Hayward Branch to get signature certified from certified officer I waited in line for 25 minutes and the who attended told me you have to make an appointment and earliest appointmet is only after one week then i reguested that i want to see the manger. The manager told me that we have only 8 people and 3000 customer I caunt help you make an appointment and come afer one week. My reguest is to you that please let them know this is not the way to treat the customer. After that i went to other bank Chase where the manger took only 5 minutes to certified the signature.. I am personally not happy with the service. Please look in to the matter.
