I am a BA customer since 1990 and today I came to the Martin Downs office to get some money from my acct. The drive thru facility has changed, there were no instructions, I called out to the teller I could see from my car and she ignored me, I stood there for 15 min. calling out for help and no one came. This is unacceptable, I am so annoyed I'm going to take my money out and deposit it at another bank. This is no way to treat your customers. My name is Edna McElroy and I have been a depositer since 1990. You should have some literature on the drive thru outlining how to use it.
