Overall good experience. However, today I had an appointment for acccess to my safe deposit box. I arrived early before the appointment time. I gained access to the box and after 10 minutes was told that there was a line waiting. After 32 years as a customer, I am reconsidering my banking options. So disppointed!!! One of the main reasons for the visit today(after being away for a year was to replace documents including my passport). Perhaps management should consider not over booking customers and herding them in and out like cattle. Now I have to book another appointment to add a new person (my son as an authorized user for access and get a new key since my cousin the prior second person with access has relocated). Never again!! If this happens again I terminate all banking relationships with BOA.
