My checking account was closed unexpectedly on the 12st by BOA and then on the 23rd my paroll check was deposited into it. I have been told that I cannot gain access to my funds and I need to speak to someone regarding this issue. I cannot reach anyon and no one seems to want to help me so; I will be writting on each social media outlet I have talking about how my bank BOA has left me stranded with out access to my money that I earned, I am not able to get food gas pay bills do anything due to the lack of concern that BOA has shown me. I am so disapointed that I have been treated like this. I have 2 children one who is in college and I send her money each check, I have a phone bill and it will surely be turned off because I was told it could be up to 2 weeks before I can access my funds. Unbelivable
