Can someone at this bank please advise when they will fix these darn ATM machines at the Minden Nevada branch? I literally have been calling the ATM number for a year now, yes a year. I have reported dozens of problems with the ATMs at this branch. The drive-through ATM is constantly having problems reading checks. It flips the check around to the back so it cannot be read, or it flips it 180 degrees around so it cannot be read. ATMs are supposed to be for our convenience, right? Well the ATMs at this branch or a complete inconvenience. Yes an inconvenience. Not only do they not read checks right, they are the slowest ATMs in Nevada. My friends who bank at Wells Fargo have no problems. My friends that bank at U.S. Bank have no problems. Why is it that this branch cannot get with the times and have ATMs that work? It's beyond frustrating, I have been a Bank of America customer since the early 80s, maybe it is time to switch.
