I have been an account holder since 1997. Currently stranded overseas due to the pandemic I have repeatedly tried calling my "home" branch ( MI in WA) and also attempted to be put through to customer service where I was left hanging after answering a few questions. I urgently need to discuss my account but neither of the telephone avenues I have used are facilitating contact with one of your representatives. Very unhappy customer downunder. MJ B-P
