If you are looking for a bank in the Morristown area - I would NOT recommend The BOA branch at 188 South Street, Morristown, NJ! They are only open 9-4 Monday thru Thursday and 9-6 on Friday and Saturday 9-1. No drive thru window before 9:00 a.m. Lunch time (12-2) is always crowded and long waiting. Only 1 teller/cashier but there are 4 or 5 managers that greet you at the door holding an iPad but they cannot assist with deposits or withdrawals. I was told they do not have security clearance to work with money. If there is more than one person waiting to make a deposit or withdrawal with the teller, they close down the drive thru. If you are looking for a friendly, easy access bank - DON'T come this branch of BOA.- go to Provident Bank on Madison Avenue or TD Bank on South Street. Not worth the frustration.
