A month ago I rec'd a call from an agent at the BOA in Orleans, She said I had checks from Soc. Security that needed to be picked up, Since I no longer drive, I hired a car to go to Orleans, MA from Chatham, MA. Upon arrival, two employees searched high and low for the checks. The manager was not there. Therefore $70.00 cab fare lost and no checks. Yesterday and today I spent hours and hours trying to call to make sure the manager would be there tomorrow. The phone rings an infinite number of times....no answer. I was told the BOA was sold to Barnum and Bailey's Circus. It's not a joke. They must mail the checks to me, or hand deliver them. They must call me, 508-945-3611, before I have my lawyer send a summons to get monies that belong to me.
I have been trying unsucessfully for three days to reach customer service by phone. I have also sent two emails without a response. Can't imagine what's happening. This is not what I expect from BOA.
