BRANCH REVIEWS
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with Bank of America. They have so many employees here laughing having a good time, walking around talking amongst themselves. Meanwhile there is a plethora of people here needing service. All I hear is "15 more minutes.. "that's the response here from everyone. Seems to me all the clients here have been waiting for a long period of time and just like me, are not happy. I would recommend for people not to stop and keep driving to the next branch and save themselves the time and headache
