BRANCH REVIEWS
This bank is convenient for me, BUT... the few times I have been there.. the lines are short in drive thru.. but wow.. the wait time is tremendous.. the one time I finally backed out of drive-thru and went inside.. 1 customer at counter, 3 workers behind counter, 2 folks at desks.. NO ONE acknowledged me standing and standing and standing there... it was absolutely terrible. I finally left w/out making my transaction. NO customer service whats so ever. I have heard others complain of the lack of smiles and the slowness of this bank also. While I was in Appomattox, I did my business.. always friendly, courteous and efficient. Hoping these comments snaps them up over there!
