Very rude branch manager. I had business appointment at a certain time waited way to long so I had to leave. One I called and asked for regional manager the supposed manager refused to give me any information and said they can help so that I had left and to come back to the bank. And she also stated that they have to help the people that come into to the back even though I had an appointment that they have to help those customers first. So basically my business didn't matter to them.
