BRANCH REVIEWS
After multiple phone calls to the credit card division about traveling abroad and using the card in the UK, we couldnt use the card even taking family out to eat.. After this happening a few different times on business and pleasure we wanted to close the account. They never closed the account until my wife had a meeting with the manager and filing a complaint with the banking gov't watch dog. Not customer friendly (although people in branch are nice)
