I've been calling this branch this afternoon, (at least 5 times) and no one ever picks up the phone. I can understand that they can be busy, but to not even pick up the phone and say "We're busy, please call back" or something to that effect, is very concerning.
My Mom has been banking at BOW for many years andwhen their manager Ryan left evrything went downhill. He treated us like real human beings and just some number. Lately the customer service has been appaling. Phone calls aren't returned in a timely fashion. We're treated as if we are the criminals not the victims. I understand their are rules but if things were handled appropriately and in a timely manner it would make big difference, especially if we were'nt treated like numbers.
