Bank United in Central Florida does a great job and I very highly recommend the Altamonte and Lake Mary and South Orlando branches! However customer service employees which are from South Florida and all of the south Florida upper level management is just plain rude and unprofessional! Offices are currently frequently closed here in central Florida because of "staffing issues" which I find unacceptable! Hire and train more people! Simple as that! So while I am highly supportive of our central Florida staff, I cannot recommend this bank at this time because it is being very poorly managed from South Florida! And upper level management in South Florida does their very best to shield themselves from speaking to customers! They go out of their way to give flimsy excuses and to make sure they are not held accountable in South Florida!
Every once in a while there is a team that continues to make that "3 point play". That works hard to assist you & put a smile on your face. For me, that is Bank United in Oldsmar. This branch has no customer service, doesn't attempt to resolve a complaint and will not accept legal documents if it doesn't fit their agenda for denying reinstatement of Guardianship accounts they restricted after they allowed fraud on it twice. Even Collier County Court's sealed court papers.
