Went in with a personal check from my employer... I left out highly upset with the teller... Phoebe!! Don't understand how you still work with the public... she was rude and accusing me of writing the check myself because it was signed by the owner in a different color ink... Wow she didn't even try to verify the check.. Went to another Truist and had no issues... I will never step foot in this location again.. and suggest anybody else to go to a different location!!
This BB&T had my car towed off!! The snow plows that you guys hired pushed all the snow right in front of my house in a huge pile blocking in my daughters car and I had no place to park but at your bank until the snow melted! Thanks so much for being a good neighbor!! That's $200 to get my car out of pound!!!! 🙁 Sad!!
