★★★★★ Branch review: Las Vegas Branch

I bank with AXOS BUSINESS BANK and I give the customer service high marks for friendliness and prompt attention to any business matter that comes up so if you are looking for a responsive bank that is not like the BIG banking networks, this 2 branch two state bank is a GEM! I love La Jolla in San Diego too although that really means nothing! Thank you AXOS BUSINESS BANK for your stellar service!

★ Bank review

After more than five hours speaking with someone in India and several people in US and of course communicating with Evo, I was holding for someone when the communication was dropped.. I never got the answer on instructions to be able to get into my account. I gave up and decided to email. I hope I get an answer.. If not, I use the USPS (Return Receipt Requested).. Lastly I guess I will contact the Regulatory Entity.
