This bank took my money while i was in the hospital and have been going through difficult time because of my illness. When i came back from the hospital and accessed my online account, my account summary was 0. I called them they told me because of inactivity they charged me inactive fees.
Now I need to take legal actions, i guess. The main bank or the branch refused to give me possibility even to speak to the branch manager in Bensonhurst Brooklyn (718-331-6464) or main location bank(800-321-3483). The representatives, both of them were very rude. I feel terrible because of it and will make a lawsuit in the New York State Supreme Court, i don't have other options, as of now, i guess, and probably make complaints to different agencies, like usa.gov or the BBB, etc..
This bank has refused to send the money to my Wells Fargo Bank for a check drawn up from this BnB bank in Smithtown, NY in the amount of $2950.00. Therefore sending my account into overdrawn status. I have a photo of the original check and I want my money...
