If you're not rich or super rich, the manager at this branch lies to you and does anything she can to get rid of you as a customer. There is NO good quality customer service in Highland, IL. I tried complaining and all she did was lash out.
The ONLY time we get good customer service is when we drive to the Edwardsville, IL branch.
Not very acommodating. ATM gives out cash in $20.00 bills charging a fee it you're not a customer but refuses to exchange the bills to larger ones unless you are a customer. Not good business as for as I am concerned. I will never consider doing business there.
Very hard to deal with. The employees say one thing and then you go there and it's no longer available. Took three tries and still couldn't make two simple cashier checks!
