Don't bother trying to call. I tried for over an hour and eventually drove to the bank to find no customers in the building, multiple employees just standing around letting their phone ring off the hook. I tried to wire money to a family member in Canada and their site says "This part of the site is currently unavailble" for week after week. All and all don't bother with this bank. Might as well be run by blind dogs, who knows what theyre doing with your money.
Cannot ever get anyone to answer the phone! Very frustrating trying to get information about your account and noone answers. I called the 800 number and they stated I had to deal with it at my local bank, how??
