BRANCH REVIEWS
Chase Bank in San Carlos is not the branch nearest me, but I have been going there for years. There is always someone there to greet me and lead me into an office if I need help with something that the counter folks don't do. Now that I have to use a cane to walk, they will put me next in a counter line. They also have an area where I can sit down if I need to. The staff members there are always very friendly & will give you their personal card if you want to talk to them from home. I've been to other branches, but I'm staying with this one even though it takes me a bit longer to get there.
