I would like somebody to contact me because my check is written through Gallagher Bassett services and it's from Citibank and New Castle Delaware and your bank has a few phone numbers and those numbers are not in existence I live in Topeka Kansas and this is for a workman's comp claim and I cannot get this check cashed so can somebody help me please

Good day, I am one of the pensioners of Prudential Insurance Co.of America, residing in the Philippines wherein my cheque was issued to Chinabank Delaware, one Penn's Way, new castle delaware. My concern is that my 6 cheques have been stopped by Chinabank Delaware and I was charged for more than 75 US Dollars. My second deposit has not been charged yet and also has been cancelled. Also, I still have another cheque in which I have not yet deposited due to sudden charges that they might add to me. Can you help me address my concern?
