We came to deposit 100,000.00m into an existing account bat noon. Your two managers told us to come back in 35 minutes because the teller was at lunch. We asked if they could do it since it was a large amount. They REFUSED and insisted we come back. We went to the Schaumburg Branch and deposited a much larger amount. We were treated very well even BEFORE they knew how much money was involved. Your two managers in Streamwood were LAZY or maybe discriminate against white americans. Perhaps these two men should be replaced with the woman who handled our deposit at the Martingale, Shaumburg Branch instead!
