★ Branch review: Buena Vista Branch

Customer service is severely lacking. Bank had made an error in names for new signature cards. The clerk was working on retyping it when I arrived and said it would be ready after I made a trip to the DMV. When I got back, nothing further had been done. The young man with the black mustache did not seem to really care and that I should come back, again, at another time and it "should" be ready.
