Been trying to activate my card since Monday. What is the problem with this site.
My boyfriend is blind and took out a credit line for dental. Never missed a payment. Jan was cut off for 0 interest, He only owed $444. Got a bill for $800 because he missed the cut off. So he was charged for the full 1850. Seems so unfair, I can see hitting him with interst on $444 but not the entire amount. I really think they should have a handicap service to call and alert them the time is up on APR 0. We are on SSI both retired and it hurt.

Comenity Bank reps have goven us the rin around afyer Kay Jewelers Altoona Pa store employee misinformed us we had six month same as cash no interest. When fact is we were hit with high interst charges and fees. Terry McGraw is account holder deaf Vet. How dare they treat us this way we paid in full after being told fees would be refunded back to card. Another lie. The ladt woman i spoke too from Comenity was extremly condescending. I hope to never do business with this company again.
