★★★ Branch review: Centralia Branch

I am on my Mother's checking & savings accts. along with my brother. In April of this year I went into the Centralia office & was helped by one of the employees to set up a password, etc., to access her accounts. I have tried many times, but am unable to access either of her accounts on-line. HELP!!!
