Unfortunately I have to say goodbye to a long relationship with the McHenry Bank and Trust. I wrote you a few months back of the improper treatment that I received in the drive thru. It's really unfortunate as my late parents were founders of this bank. This bank has never offered me any kind of service. offer me any loans, nothing. I still do not appreciate all the giggling in the drive thru window when I am there. It is very unprofessional. I was there again today and the same thing happened. I had complained of this before, yet it continues. I do not get treated like this at any other bank, except this one and I can say I am finished. I have already moved all of my "auto pay" accounts over to my other bank and will be closing my 2 checking accounts shortly. Just thought you should know. If I could bank with your facility in Crystal Lake, I would, but it is too far away. I am through with the McHenry Branch. Hope they get the message loud and clear this time. Thank you for your time.
