The branch telephone number has been disconnected and is no longer in service. How do bank customers get a hold of a customer service representative via telephone? I live in Modesto, however opened my business account in Manteca. The question I want to discuss with someone is why does F&M close the online banking by 9PM every night? I understand the system needs to be backed up, however, can you do it during less busy hours? I do most of my banking online during my quiet time 8pm-11pm.
