Horrible bank to deal with.
We wired funds a payoff for a Mortgage, they said it was never posted, and after 2.5 months later, money was finally recalled. We wired again, to the instructions they provided, and now TIAA is not posting the funds because more interest has been added. Over $415,000 is being held and not applied to the borrowers account. When you call them, they say they do not see it and will look into and to give them 10 days to find our wire with FedRef#. Each time they have another excuse. Meanwhile, they report the borrower for being late on the mortgage and add additional $11K in interest. BEWARE of this FRAUDULENT BANK
