The Farmers State Bank in Florence Montana is the most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with! The staff is not properly trained to understand and handle simple common situations that can greatly affect and harm their own customers and the hard working merchants they do business with! The staff will lie to you before admitting that they made a costly mistake! I would bury my money in my back property before putting a penny into this poorly run bank in Florence Montana and its local sister banks in the area!
I tried going into the Lobby today, Saturday, and the lobby is closed. Does the working Man, who works Monday through Friday, have to take a day off work to get a Loan, or whatever?. Drive through is open till noon, then You are on Your own. It just doesn't seem right.
Farmers also doesn't pay interest on Your checking account, TrailWest Bank (Lolo and Stevensville) does. I think it is time to be leaving Farmers. Nice People, but, I can get better services elsewhere.
