This 53 bank in Bartlett, Il on Main street is the worst customer service bank I ever had to experinced. The only extemely nice banker there is Denise who I opened my acoount with last year 2019 but when she wasn't there I talked to another banker who I beleive was the manager - surprisingly because she seemed so slow in processing everything about banking. She also insulted me badly over the phone when I called and sked about the rates or something like that then suddenly she told me angrily that my accent is heavy and she didn't undersands me ?! Wow ! I do have a littel accent from Europe where I came from 35 years ago but I'm very fluent and articulate in English, NOBODY ever told me that he or she doesn't undrestands me or ask me to repeat. It was so rude and insulting especially coming from a banker. Shame on the bank that they keep someone like that there. I complained to their department but never got a respond back. Thye lost me as a customer.
ATM has not worked in 6 months and when you complain they say we're working on it while having an attitude. Cant believe a large bank system cant get their own ATM fixed. Leads me to believe their gonna sell to another bank once again. This location keeps changing hands, too bad the snotty women (not all) they dont change too. Fix your ATM already.
