FIRST COMMUNITY BANK RATINGS

I love the Bank. The tellers are awesome and helpful; the checking is still FREE. HOWEVER, I HATE the company they use for internet banking! I give them a 1 STAR. (Would give a ZERO star if I could!) I left Citizens Bank when they started charging for checking, but THEIR internet banking is FAR SUPERIOR! First Community's service doesn't allow you to add payees through the phone app, you must use a computer.. I have NO ONLINE computer at my home. The bill pay service also has a wonkey way of sending at LEAST 1 day after you send the request to pay. (Citizens would pay same day if you do it before the cutoff in the AM), sometimes FC did it days after and once it didn't pay my bill at ALL! And it doesn't allow you to check what bills are pending on the app, so you don't know if they are even GOING to pay the bill...(did they even get the request??) In addition, when you try to add an address for the payee, it doesn't allow you to see what the address is for electronic payments, so I didn't know when I first set it up whether or not I had the correct company added. I had to send a $1 payment to make sure it went to the correct place before I actually paid the remainder of the bill. I tried to call and as how to make a complaint and after getting transferred 2X, I was told by the bill pay supervisor at the bank there was nothing she could do, since that was done by another company and most likely will not change. I absolutely HATE bill pay at First Community Bank.

I do not like that we are not given a routing number. It can be very inconvenient at times when you're trying to take care of business.
