I have tried to call for 20 min, I have tried the Merchants Rd. Branch, Powell Branch and the Westhaven Branch continuously, the call is always answered by an automated system that tells me I am calling after hours at 2:00 pm. I'm not sure who is in charge of choosing the phone system for First Tennessee but I believe they need to reevaluate the system.
