★ Branch review: Brewerton Branch

Had serious issue with my account, went into Brewerton branch, My anxiety was extremly high, I have adhd and my account was costing me my paycheck, cause had things coming out but the money wasnt there, when it was suppose to be enough money in my account, but 1st person told me wrong info, then 2 days later I go in and very upset cause I thought my account was ok, but it wasnt, she was not very friendly, didnt even try to help me out, it has cost me alot of money, and I didnt think it should of cost me so much money, I have bills to pay, I work 2 jobs so I can make my rent and car payment and now I have all these fees I have had to pay for and my account is still negative,and I still dont understand why.
