I GIVE ZERO STARS!
In spite of overwhelming evidence that I submitted, regarding a router and two mesh systems that their own tech support could not get to work, they denied my dispute to force the company to return the product for a refund.
I register a complaint and get transferred to managers who aren't empowered to do anything more than I can do for myself. FIVE TIMES they promised to attach my evidence to the re-opened dispute but each time the rep was not able to see it unless they went digging.
Networking is a complicated subject so I asked to speak to the investigator and explain the screen captures and email content. They refused. Each time they open a dispute it takes around 90 days for a decision. No expediting; not even after re-opening a dispute because of their error!
I was surprised to see GS complaints all over the Apple Community forums. It's so much more widespread than I imagined. I've cancelled all recurring payments for this card as well as removed it from my PayPal account and my actual wallet.
DO NOT GET A GOLDMAN SACHS APPLE MASTERCARD!!! There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company. Save yourself GIANT headaches and run now!!!
Too big..dont care.. Apple Store just as bad - they use these people to run their credit card scam and they are worhtless if the data doesn't agree - one star - because I cant go lower.
This branch sponsor's the Goldman Sachs Apple Mastercard. In spite of proof that an item I ordered in November 2021 was never delivered, Goldman Sachs has ruled against my dispute three separate times and they are now ruining my 800+ credit score. I will be consulting my attorney next. A class action suit against Goldman Sachs? Guess we'll see. Do not get a Goldman Sachs Apple Mastercard.
