Was unsatisfied with the way I had been talked to the last few times I had been served by a specific teller, Wanda #### At the North Princeton branch. She was rude, short, and condescending. I understand that she has a job to do and there are certain things she can do and not do and certain protocol she must follow. However, when she is causing a customer who has been with the same bank since she was 16 years old to contemplate moving all accounts elsewhere, I feel as though this should not be happening. She always is rude and snide and makes me dread coming in to the bank when I have banking needs to fulfil. Very unsatisfied with the service I was provided.
