★ Branch review: Route 173 Branch

My husband and I went to the Machesney Park location today to cash in bonds. When I stated what we needed the woman at the front just stared at me, no, I can help you. She made two people who came in after us wait along time. Never said anything to them. We asked her about C D rates to possibly put it into a C D there. We never got that information. Her behavior was not very customer friendly. My husband wants to change banks because of this.
