Independent Financial Bank in Eaton Colorado is an amazing customer friendly institution. The tellers are very polite and knowledgeable. Questions are quickly answered and explained. Bo Langdon runs a very customer service focused team. Everyone on his team is ready and willing to help a customer with their needs. If they can't provide what a customer wants it is calmly explained until the customer understands completely. Their expertise and professionalism is at the top level.They are a 5 star team across the board. Thank you Bo and your team for taking care of me and my families banking needs!

This bank is amazing. I am greeted by name everytime I walk in. When I call a real live human answers the phone. Following the flood our personal bank was slow to assist us in moving money around from different accounts while we waited for flood insurance money to come in. Changing banks after 30+ years while relocating after the flood has been a true pain. So many accounts were on automatic online payment. New house, new accounts, cancelling old accounts. Thru all this Independent Bank has supported me and have been so patient and helpful in making the banking transition.
