★ Branch review: Staten Island Branch

This particular branch has a tendency to discriminate and racially profile its Afro-American clients and customers alike. I had to close my account with this particular bank because of their discriminatory practices.

I tried calling today during banking hours and there was no answer. How do I make transactions? Should have been a message of closing days. I will try other locations.
