My second visit to Ocean First Bank in Matawan on 267 Main Street, NJ was very pleasant. I was immediately helped by a friendly and very ambitious young women named Angela who assisted me with my financial affairs and helped print out my bank statements for the last 12 months for a important document for financial assistance. I was very impressed with her. From the moment I entered the bank she greeted me with professional integrity. Hazel has been a huge help to me. She is very caring. In sure I am not the only customer that she treats this way. I am In a job where customer service is important. Her customer service skills are top notch.
Applying for a mortgage and am very frustrated. If your older and not a computer whiz go elsewhere. Worst customer service by the loan rep.
