★ Bank review

I am addressing the switchover from PCSB to the new Brookline Bank Corp. If this survives, it will be the biggest surprise in the banking industry. The switchover left customers hanging with no real notice except for a multipage notice via USPS mail with print too small to decern. Not even a simple banner on the website, we will be unavailable for website updating during the period.... - .... Many of us were locked out from making necessary financial transactions. I still cannot access via my phone app AND, through this disaster, there was NO contact available either by phone or email. Absolutely unacceptable and totally uncalled for in the digital age we now conduct business. If I could leave a minus star review it would be more appropriate.
