5 stars all the way they are all fantastic.
I don't believe this bank deserves a star at all. Was paying my car loan on line now I cant log in and when I called I was told my husband has to call to change the password, My name is on the loan !!!
Do not like the statement availibility on line. It is always behing.. Need better updating for accounts.
I started banking with People's Bank in Ohio in 2014, when I moved back to WV I remained with People's and I'm still there. They are an awesome back, and the employees are so patient and kind, not only at the back, but also on the phone. You can't go wrong with People's.
Dee Stocker at the Coshocton Ohio branch is always very friendly and helpful.
None of your ATM's work for my dad (Taylor Briggs)!!! He can use his debit card at any store or to pay any bills but when he uses the ATM he can get nothing to work!!! Please help!!!
Absolutely love the ladies working at the branch office on Rombach. Polite and willing to help. Being elderly and using a walker I have to sit to catch my breath, they never rush me. They'll offer a bottle of cold water. If I need a bathroom break, that's no problem. It's like visiting with my grandchildren! When the computers went down, I waited with them about an hour, several ladies came over just to talk with me or offer their assistance. Couldn't ask for a more compassionate/friendly group.

It says I ranked them 4 out of five I did not. 2 out of 5. Their customer service is based on how much money you have in the bank. Being with them since it was national bank and trust and opening with them doesn't matter. Only $$$$$ matters

Wow shame on u people bank I've had acct with u for some time and when I write my daughter a check and she goes to get my check cash u u charge her five dollars cash it. I Will be looking into another bank to put my money in
