BRANCH REVIEWS
This afternoon I made a deposit at the Cherokee Triangle branch. When the teller sent my deposit slip and driver's license back to my car, my Social Security card was missing. I asked what happened to it, and the teller said that I hadn't sent it over. I insisted that I had, and this conversation went back and forth for a few minutes. As I was frantically rifling through the papers in the front seat of my car, I was informed that one of the tellers had sent my Social Security card in a canister to a woman in another car. The woman was astute and honest enough to return the card to a teller in time for me to receive it, but this could have been a hopeless mess for me. No apology was ever offered, just a matter-of-fact announcement that my card had gone elsewhere and would be returned shortly. This is the second time in four drive-in transactions this summer that a teller (not the same one each time) has neglected to return all of my identification papers, and it is completely unacceptable. Please remind your tellers to be attentive when they examine the contents that customers send to them through the pneumatic tubes. Thanks very much. Rev. Isaac McDaniel 502-594-0906
