On the whole I'm pleased with the services there. The banker Cedric has eased me through many difficult transitions and I value his professionalism and patience. I'm less pleased with the corporate PNC services. Still, as long as Cedric is there I will continue to bank at Narberth branch.
I have been a PNC customer since 1984. I had a document that need to be notarized regarding probate of an estate for an aunt who recently died. They refused because it was not at PNC document! It is not like there were lots of people waiting - there was no one. I though PNC was supposed to provide service to its customers. I can understand not notarizing documents for people who have no relationship to PNC, but not providing this service to PNC customers is absurd. Can you explain this policy? Or can I continue to expect that PNC will continue to provide little in the way of Customer Support. Glad I did not agree to work with PNC Wealth Management
