I tried to call the Carbondale branch office and I was put on hold for several minutes. I called back and once again was put on hold then hung up on. I then attempted to use the online live chat option. I couldn't believe what happen next... In order for them to answer a simple question of "did anyone turn in a debit card" they wanted me to pay for the service so they could answer the questions. Unbelievable poor service.
